I switched over from a chain-style dentistry over to Dr. Ura's private practice for a few reasons. The service I was receiving before was very impersonal. I always had a different hygienist and dentist. The time I spent waiting was usually longer than the length of time they actually spent working on my pearly whites and I also felt that the job they were performing was rushed.  Overall I was very dissatisfied with my experience. At Dr. Ura's office my expectations were exceeded. From their innovative scheduling system (I would have completely missed my appointment if it wasn't for the text I received that morning) to the friendliness of the staff along with the amount of time taken to thoroughly clean my teeth, I was shocked that this kind of service actually existed. I felt as if everyone had gone to work that day specifically to take care of my needs. It's possible that my experience may have seemed greater than it was due to the previous shortcomings I endured, but I doubt it. I plan on recommending Dr. Ura to my friends and family.

The Center for Dental Excellence has such a warm, welcoming, and professional staff that any initial anxieties are quickly overcome! This then allows the patient to be able to focus on any dental problems identified. Dr. Ura takes the time to thoroughly explain all options and the necessary procedures so that his patients feel comfortable and secure that they are in great hands! I really do not like to go to the dentist because of several bad experiences I had as a child.
