Our practice has been part of the Nashua community since 1989. While the practice has evolved over the years, our commitment to personal relationships, thoughtful care, and doing things well remains at the heart of what we do.

Great dentistry requires continual learning. Our team has completed more than 1,200 hours of continuing education, and Dr. Janiga is a member of the Spear Education Faculty Club.
We also invest in advanced technology that allows us to provide precise, efficient, and comfortable care. From CEREC® same-day crowns and CBCT imaging to in-house dental milling, 3D printing, and digital treatment simulation, technology plays an important role in how we diagnose, plan, and deliver treatment.
But technology is never the point on its own. We use it because it can help us provide better information, more precise treatment, and a more convenient experience for our patients.
Meet Dr. Andy Janiga
Dr. Andy Janiga is committed to providing thoughtful, comprehensive dental care while building lasting relationships with his patients.
Before his career in dentistry, Dr. Janiga served five years in the U.S. Army. His military experience helped shape the discipline, commitment, and sense of responsibility he brings to his work today.
As a practice owner, Dr. Janiga has focused on creating an environment where patients receive the time, attention, and quality of care they deserve. His goal is not simply to complete treatment, but to understand what each patient wants to accomplish and develop a plan that makes sense for them.
A Practice Built on Relationships
We are approachable, friendly, genuine, and local. We are not a corporate practice, and we believe that difference matters.
New patients receive extended appointment time so we can get to know them before beginning their clinical evaluation. For patients with more complex dental needs, we may provide additional time to review findings and discuss treatment options.
We also believe that a comfortable dental experience extends beyond treatment. From pillows and blankets to chilled bottled water and seltzers, we have created an environment where patients can relax and feel at home. Families are welcome, and our youngest patients can enjoy books and toys in the waiting area and choose a prize after their visit.
More Than a Dental Office
Our connection to the community extends beyond our practice. Our team is involved locally through organizations such as the Rotary Club, and we volunteer with the Traveling Tooth Fairies.
We are proud to care for patients throughout Nashua and surrounding communities in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and strongly value the relationships we have built with local families over the years.
